Who Can Attend Memphis College Prep?
Memphis College Prep schools are free, open-enrollment, public schools open to Shelby County, Tennessee residents and who meet the state’s age requirements.
What is the age criterion for scholars enrolling?
K: No older than five on August 15, 2024
1st: Seven years old or younger on June 1, 2024
2nd: Eight years old or younger on June 1, 2024
3rd: Nine years old or younger on June 1, 2024
4th: Ten years old or younger on June 1, 2024
Does Memphis College Prep Require Uniforms?
Yes, there are uniform requirements for MCP scholars. More information can be found under our scholar resources.
Does Memphis College Prep offer before- and after-care for scholars ?
Yes, we offered a diverse array of opportunities.
How do I enroll my child?
Families can begin the enrollment process by applying on our website or applying in-person at 1500 Dunn Avenue in South Memphis.
